Gerry,

First, thank you for taking the time to put this website together so that others (like me) can gain insight into the mind of an lease expert. Secondly, I cold call a lot! I'm on the phone speaking with ceo's and cfo's all day, if I can manage to get them on the phone. I typically ask if they have any proposed equipment purchases that would benefit from "financing" this year. The answer is typically no or they pay cash. My question is how can I change my approach to these business owners and use the word leasing so that I paint the right picture in their heads?
